Delete your Jive account

For the Jive — Guest List app (iOS and Android), published by Curtis Roy Worrall, trading as Far From Oblivious Productions.

If you still have the app

Open Jive → tap Profile → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately and the app confirms it on screen.

If you've uninstalled the app

Email privacy@parallelcohesion.com from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from you, delete the account within one month (GDPR Art. 12), and confirm by email.

Signed in with Apple or Google?

Deleting your Jive account also ends the link to your Apple or Google sign-in. To remove Jive from your Apple ID as well, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple on your iPhone; for Google, visit myaccount.google.com/connections.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (email, display name, date of birth, home city).
• Your claim history (anonymised — only aggregate counts retained for billing reconciliation).
• Your QR code records (tokens hashed, never stored in clear).
• Your authentication sessions on all devices.
• Your push notification token.

What is retained

• Transaction logs tied to venue invoices, for 7 years, as required by Dutch law (art. 2:10 Burgerlijk Wetboek and art. 52 Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen). These contain no personally identifying data after anonymisation.
• Hashed IP and device identifiers in our security logs, for up to 18 months.

Copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
